Kumihimo bobbins to hold down the strands of yarn
a little pouch or cloth with coins or other weight for counterbalance
a how-to book (such as “A Beginner's Guide to Braiding”) and/or video (“Kumihimo”) Nice to have: a box to store bobbins.
