Details about what is on sale are only shown in our Spring Newsletter; no information is shown on the web site. If you did not receive a newsletter in the mail, you can view or print out the complete Newsletter here. We regret we can not provide the newsletter in any other manner.

Below are the details about the sale. They are subject to change even during the sale, so please read carefully. If you have any questions, call us.

The Sale begins when you receive our mailing and place an order or when we announce the sale on our home page of the web site. We announced on April 25th at12 Noon.

The sale ends May 16 at 5pm EDT. This applies to call-in orders and orders placed through our web site. Sorry, no exceptions. Purchases processed and shipped prior to the beginning of the sale are not eligible for this sale. Sorry.

Note about sale discount prices

If you are ordering on-line, your sale discounts can not be calculated by the cart system. Your final discount will be calculated by The Woolery staff when we complete your order and process your credit card. Thus, any prices you see while completing your order on-line will not be correct. The prices or discounts or special offers in the newsletter are correct. When we process your order here at the store, we will be "correcting" your order to reflect the sale prices, discounts or special offers - guaranteed. If we should make a mistake, you need only bring it to our attention and a correction will be made. If you need to know the final price then please call in your order; we will not be confirming final prices by e-mail or phone for on-line orders.

Books, videos, fibers and yarn have normal, everyday volume discounts. If these items are on sale in this newsletter they do not count towards the calculation of the normal discounts.

Special Orders

If you order any item that is generally considered a "special order", there is no sale discount. This would normally be products or parts that are not listed in our catalog, on our web site or in our in-house order processing system.

Lay-away orders or products we know to be "not readily available" will not receive sale pricing.

If we are constrained by any particular manufacturer or supplier regarding discounts on any of their products, we have attempted to make that clear, but we reserve the right to "clarify" the matter should it be necessary.
